Today, fast food was become part of people. Even some of us tought that fast food can help them to eat more easier. As we know that fast food have positive and negeative effect for our body. Although the negative effect is bigger than positive effect.

1. Salad, the component of salad is vegetables. Vegetables contained rich of nutrition for our body. Advice for you consumed your salad without mayonaise. It will better if you added some of chicken meat. Salad can help you feeling full and energized.

Almost all of us familiar with this food, but some of us don't know that sandwich include fast food. Sandwich consist of bread and vegetables. More healthier if you served sandwich with added some of lettuce and tomato.

Wrap is the next good fast food. Wrap look like kebab from Arabian traditional foods. Wrap contained of meat, vegetables and mixed with sauce or mayonaise.
4. Burrito
The traditional food from mexico it is looks like kebab also. Burrito combained peanuts and vegetables with special sauce wrapped by tortilla. Tortilla is flat pancake made from maize flour, eaten hot or cold , typically with a savoury filling. You can added some of meat also to enjoy your burrito.
5. Fried chicken
If you are chicken lovers fried chicken have to know that this food contained of big fats and high of cholesterol which is bad for our healthy. But any good news for you, you can reduce the disadvantages from fried chicken with some ways with ;
» set aside the fillet, fillet contained much of fats. If possible you don't eat fillet is better.
» choose piece of chicken breast, it cause this part is less of fat then chicken thighs.
» you have to order salad as your side dish.
Well, if we want to order fast food you have to take note some things ;
1. Choose mineral water as your drink. Coke is source of hidden chalories.
2. If you buy salad, don't used dressing salad or choose olive oil as sauce.
3. Watch your salt, although some of people like salty you have to be careful because salt can increases blood pressure.
4. Beside mayonaise, we have to avoid fried food to dry and ice cream. Besides high of chalories the both doesn't have nutrition for our body.
5. Eat slowly, whatever you eat you should enjoy your meal. Eat slowly is good for your digestion.
All above are some advice for you to eat fast food with healthy ways. Whatever we eat we have to maintaince your meal, because because what you eat will be your investation for your future. Like a words that health is expensive, so healthy lifestyle is good.
